I've already posted on this but didn't find the original video until now

Bounty hunter speaks in court about his agency going to be hired for kidnapping immigrants. Bounty hunters don't have to have warrants, they have more freedom than police and this should concern people.

I know somebody will accuse me of being a literal n*zi for asking questions but if this video is 100% real then why does it come from a less known outlet? What has this particular channel done that's proven reputable? Sorry, I just don't know them very well.

Has anyone else reported it?

PS if this is a real meeting meant to address the issue that this man was discussing then these guys behind the camera are unprofessional, deflecting, and literally manipulated the guy on camera to jeopardize his privacy in a way that I do not want any government official spending time practicing.
@SinlessOnslaught According to Snopes, it's not ICE directly hiring bounty hunters, but immigration bond agents.

Chuck Jordan, association president of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents (NAFRA), said ICE did not deputize bounty hunters to arrest people without lawful status, but rather immigration bond agents could contract bounty hunters to track down and detain individuals who skipped bail.

. . .

At this time and for the past several decades, bounty hunters (bail bond fugitive recovery agents) that work within the context of the commercial bail bond industry are permitted to apprehend illegal aliens that have been released from ICE custody after posting a bail bond underwritten by a bail bondsman (Surety) provided they have been contracted to do so by said bondsman.

Is there any connection between the bond agents and ICE? Well, now the story becomes murky.

In late 2020, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), of which ICE is a component, ran the visa bond pilot program. Under the six-month pilot, consular officers could ask applicants to the B-1 and B-2 visitor visas from countries with high "overstay" rates who were ineligible for a visa but had been granted a waiver to post bonds of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 before entering the U.S. The program used "government approved" bond agents to allow travelers without the ability to pay up front to still gain access to the U.S.

The Federal Register listing for the program said, "DHS/ICE will collect all bonds and retain the funds, as appropriate, in the instance that a bond is breached." The listing did not mention the use of bounty hunters.

@ElwoodBlues And ice didn't deny it either, snopes reached out to ice and they're not saying anything. I would like to add that there's been many cases of ice out on raids but don't have ice on their vests and are masked. So it's 100% what is happening.

How they are acting are characteristics of militias and bounty hunters. Bounty hunters in the past have gotten in trouble for false imprisonment and even kidnapping across state lines or even getting the wrong person.

What's been happening? Ice been hitting up the wrong houses of people who arent the people they're looking for, this has happened a handful of times now. And they still arrest people even if they have the wrong person or steal their money like what happened with that one family.

It's absolutely what's going on
@ElwoodBlues Thank you.

Don't know what else to say.

@SinlessOnslaught For the record I only accuse people of nazism if they parrot propaganda, not for asking questions. If the question is thinly disguised then I might but you're not doing that.
