Glastonbury Festival | Hate Speech or Freedom of Speech

9 years ago, I met an old man in a chatroom dedicated to global issues on the web. We discussed some issues and shared our points of view accordingly. During the conversation, the man stated that Jews controlled the majority of the businesses across the globe, and they could go to any extent to profit from those businesses. When he shared some mind-boggling insights about some events and the people behind them, I was surprised, and I debated with him based on what I knew then. I used to be pro-Israel then. Therefore, I ignored what that man said and decided to stick with what I knew. I certainly didn't know a lot then.

In 2017, when the news about the forceful encroachment of Palestinian territory and the illegal settlements of Israeli citizens in the West Bank began to surface. I decided to dig deeper into what the Israel-Palestine conflict is all about. The more I read about the conflict, my views about Palestine began to change. Undoubtedly, the Israel-Palestine is one of the most complicated conflicts on our planet. Now, I do consider and condemn the old Arab-Israel wars, the Munich Olympic attacks, and the hijacking of the Air France flight by the members of the PFLP.

However, atrocities of Israel didn't stop after the events of 1948. Palestinians who became refugees (referring to Nakba here) did face a hard time. Israel has been committing genocide for quite a long time. The encroachment of Palestinian territories, illegal settlements on forcefully occupied territories, and genocide one after another are simply unforgivable. Shame on you, Zionists! I do not advocate the actions of the revolutionary group (terrorists, according to the propaganda circulating in American and Israeli media) Hamas. I strongly condemn their actions, but did Israel leave them with any other choice? No!

Attacking a country that does not even have an army is a cowardly act, not bravery. I wish the 1993 Oslo agreement was welcomed by both nations and executed peacefully and cordially.

After learning the truth about Israeli administration, I became a pro-Palestine supporter in 2017.

Now, coming back to Glastonbury Festival. What happened at the Glastonbury festival and how it is being circulated in the media is definitely questionable. The performing artist used their right to freedom of speech to showcase their support for Palestine. Did they commit any blunders? No! However, it is being televised as hate speech by the majority of the media.

Simply because most media houses are controlled by the Zionists. The entertainment industry is definitely under the control of Zionists. Now, I understand what that old man from the chatroom really meant then. He was slightly wrong about the Jews. Not all Jews are the enemies. There are lots of Jews across the globe who are protesting against the current Israeli administration and are condemning the genocide of Palestinians. It's the Zionists (i.e., the radicals) and Evangelical Christians that are the real problem.

Utter a word against Israel and you'll face consequences. Celebrities who spoke in favour of Palestine –Hollywood doesn't have work for them. Students who protested in favour of Palestine were detained, and some citizens lost their jobs. What a democratic world we live in!

There's definitely no freedom of speech in the USA, and the trend is spreading across the world now. You utter a word against Israel or Zionists, and you'll become the most dangerous enemy of the CIA and Mossad. Why does this happen in the USA? Simply because Evangelical Christians hold the prime positions in the USA. Now, the notion is spreading across the globe.

Evangelical Christians who believe Israel must be saved even if it keeps committing genocide. Israel is not God's land but a long-term business plan (Ben Gurion Canal – Port of Gaza) under US-Israel control (i.e., under the control of white Evangelical Christians). Fact: take it or leave it!

#FreeFreePalestine🇵🇸

Why is British media criticising Bob Dylan's 'D*ath to IDF' chants and Kneecap's performance? Well, we all know the United Kingdom is the USA's lapdog since the end of World War II.

It feels good to see that most British, Irish and other Europeans see the reality, condemn the actions of Israel, and support Palestine without any hesitation.

Bob Vylan didn't say 'Death to Jews'. He said 'D*ath to IDF' (which means 'may the Israeli Defence Forces die'). We all know what IDF is doing to Palestine.

Did British and American media channels criticise Jews (i.e., Zionists) who chanted 'D*ath to Arabs' outside Jerusalem? Did they criticise the IDF soldiers who filmed and danced to the bombings of Palestine and the harassment of Palestinians? No! They don't have the heart and courage to do so.

No artist deserves to face the consequences of what they did at the event. The BBC shouldn't be under scrutiny for live-streaming the event.

Now, let's hear your take on this.

The freedom of speech is not the story though
The story is what the IDF are doing in Gaza

Ma'am, I hope you read my entire post because the entire post is based on the atrocities of the IDF and the trauma Palestinians are living with since the last two decades.

It's 'Bob Vylan', not Bob Dylan. You don't want to get sued, do you? 🤣

@SpudMuffin Lol! I am sorry. It's a typographical error. Thanks for pointing that out. I just rectified the error. 😇🤝
