I didn't say it was good news.
I said I nailed how the vote was going down, i.e. which Republicans would meaningless vote "nay."
It IS good news for Democrat political ad makers for the 2026 mid-terms: Every Republican senator was the "deciding" vote.
Since the House will pass it, too, the best scenario will be for it to pass by one vote.
