Ice detaining immigrants for past crimes once they served their time is wrong.

It's called double jeopardy when they're tried for the same crime twice or are in the mists of serving their time. If someone is lawfully here and did their time, disproving of someone's past crimes isn't enough to hurt or belittle them or kill them because you don't like someone’s past.

It don't matter your self righteous feelings or how you feel like you're above others and have done no wrong and been perfect to everyone always. It doesn't matter if you're the most angelic human to walk the United States of Karen. Fk your feelings, it don't hold no weight with the Constitution.

If conservatives are ever not in power or things get worse and people end up fighting against these things, maga better hope that people don't treat them as they treat others b/c the long laundry list of predators in maga sphere has gotten kinda long.

There's wayyyyyyyyyy too many maga that are ending up in the news for child assault, domestic assaults and robbery for me to think that they're not getting off easy when they accuse other people of being criminals.

One had 5,000 pics of cp on their computer. These are some of the same people on here with the same attitudes. Not saying that the maga here are guilty of those crimes or that they've done it but some of the same attitudes are way too close not to ignore.

So you better make sure your nose is clean before ever going after someone who did their time. Lest we find you on the news later.

If you know, you know 🤡

Johnny Noviello, a 49-year-old lawful permanent resident of the US, was being detained at the Federal Detention Center in Miami while facing deportation over a 2023 conviction for racketeering and drug trafficking, according to ICE.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yeah I've known for awhile about how our system is unjust, I've heard things here and there like how they were threatening felons to work in chicken plants or go back to prison. So it's not a surprise.

But I didn't know there were so many people accepting of this behavior towards others, despite it affecting everyone that's not the 1%.

I didn't realize there were so many traitors to the United States before, who just throw away the Constitution at a moments notice cos their Daddy Trump or the next best influencer.

Good to know we have so many weak people.
@SatanBurger For sure.

It is one thing that makes me proud to be a Canadian. You get to vote in prison because we recognize that your rights are just that rights, not arbitrary privileges.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow That's why I wouldn't mind being taken over by your country lol. I guess I can dream about it but it would be nice to have certain set in stone rights.

Here, rights change depending on whose in charge. One day gay people can marry and then 4 more years your rights are gone. Then the next 4 years they're back. Because Americans love it apparently.
