Public schools are mostly paid by COUNTY PROPERTY TAXES.
We'll just have to wait and see if this stopped clock is right a second time today.

All of these politicians in Republican states especially throughout the south are propped up by the rural poor of which so many if not most are receiving some kind of government assistance. Drive through the southern counties of Tennessee all the way from Memphis to Chattanooga and tell me how these people are making a living without government help. There are no industry or factories and few are farmers. The young people have nothing to do except smoke pot and meth and pop pills. They've been Republican counties for generations and life hasn't improved one iota under them. However bigotry is thriving.
