If Trump couldn't even get the continent where Israel and Iran are on correct, what makes you think he couldn't confuse 'effect' and 'affect'?
I was going by what I HEARD.

Yeah, Ronald Reagan sank a few Iranian boats and destroyed a couple of Iranian oil platforms in the Persian Gulf after a US Navy ship hit an Iranian mine. Big whoop. 🙄
