@nedkelly Not all foreigners working here are illegals. But even those who have followed the laws for getting work visas have certain rules after they enter. One of the conditions is that they are not supposed to be drinking alcohol. And yet it is a big part of the Mexican culture so unless someone is a teetotaler they are violating the conditions of their work visas.
