E. Jean Carroll has pledged to use her multimillion-dollar windfall to support causes opposed by Donald Trump

I love everything about this, not what happened to her but her using all that money for good. I wish her well. Also, taxpayers are not going to pay for it. Also the DOJ tried to step in for Trump but the DOJ lost that.

She's a long way from seeing a dime of this money. If she outlives him she might receive some of if from his estate. Trump's lawyers know how to use the legal system and can probably keep this going for at least a few more years.

@SatanBurger He posted a bond to cover the full amount but she cannot collect until the appellate process is over. This latest ruling can be appealed also. So on and on it goes. (at least that is the way I understand it.
