Whether you incorrectly believe FEMA did nothing under Biden or that it all came during trumps tenure, its fine, your allowed to be wrong, but you can obviously see FEMA is doing important work.

@Prison1203 So let me get this straight. You think FEMA should be disbanded? Rely on states and people's own insurance? According to this article, https://www.newsweek.com/winter-storm-reignites-fema-hurricane-response-backlash-2020395 some 70,000 homes were damaged or destroyed in Sept. 4 or so months later, even with FEMA, some people were still without homes, still without a place to stay, hence the tents. 70,000 homes, did you think they could all be rebuilt in 6 months, during the winter? Did you think the affected area had hotel rooms enough for (lets assume 2 people per house, I am sure most had more), 140,000 people to stay indefinitely? AND you want states to handle that level of disaster on their own???

Also, did you ever think to ask WHY people were in tents? Its entirely possible people don't want to leave their homes and land. I can see how staying in a tent on my property might be something I would want if I had a worry about theft or another storm. So somehow people staying in tents because they want to be close to their homes/towns/friends is now FEMA's fault?

Also LOL yes my friend, that was the whole point of why I posted the one FEMA article, because it was from the current administration. They themselves were saying FEMA had done a great job. That all the funding was continuing, that everyone was getting everything they needed, etc. I was just trying to show that under Biden it was the same way, as it was now under trump ... And if the federal government can give billion to other countries the federal government should help the people and which it governs considering what this nation stands for. Maybe the US should convert to the tactics of Russia are China or North Korea or any other country that does not help it people.

Besides that if Trump can spend a few hundred million on golf trips a year Federal government's money from tax payers. If he had any form of empathy towards other people he would want the federal government to continue to assist. His cuts just puts more spending for him to spend.
