Police shoot lawyer for asking for their badge number

And they shot at a woman trying to get back to her apartment. The woman was trying to walk where police blocked her from getting back and they shot her. Then another female who recorded the whole thing got stopped right after for helping the shot female with water and to calm her down, trying to get help. She tries to get in her car while the police harass her for not having a seat belt while parked in the car.
