Rebounding means going back to the same state. That's not what happened recouped some of its losses, but it it's still down 11%.

Musk may be on an alcohol/weed/ketamine/lsd/magic mushrooms, rant, and tomorrow he may be in love with Trump again, but the situation is very real.

For instance, Marco Rubio may have put his feelings aside, to accept a cabinet position, but Little Marco was very much insulted by Trump for real.
