you cant pardon someone who hasnt been convicted of anything, and as far as i can see, many peopel use the worng emial server

@buddy there are blanket pardons that prevent future charges. That would be applicable in this case I think.

Of course a president can pardon someone who hasn't yet been charged. Look up Richard M. Nixon.
