@JonUK41 Three will suffice. And yes, I did. I voted Harris-Walz in US and my local Green MP here in the UK.

To vote in a US Presidential election you have to meet a US residency requirement, which you obviously don't do.

@JonUK41 Yes you can. I can't vote in local elections, but I can vote in federal elections because I'm still registered to vote in the last place I resided in the US.
