Riff between Elon and Trump

[media=https://youtu.be/9wS2UrOyC3g?si=AS6bvUm2Ao0qC_j6]

It's been in the news for a few days now.

There is an old saying "all that glitters ain't gold"

Is there truly a riff or do they want you to think it is.
Tesla / Elon was losing money in his association with DOGE / Trump, what better way to slow down or stop his money losses / destruction of his property other than a separation from Trump in a somewhat hostile manner?

After all Trump's big beautiful bill benefits the rich.

Elon thought his job was to reduce deficits. Actually, his job was to find window-dressing spending cuts taht provide cover for another GIANT tax cut. He's upset to discover that he was played, just like Giuliani, pillow guy, et al.

OK, Elon, put your money where your mouth is and threaten to spend millions opposing any and all congress members who vote for the "abomination."

@ElwoodBlues I'm actually quite surprised that Trump actually played him. I always thought it was the other way round.
@iamthe99 Elon didn't walk away empty handed.
He got to remove key people in
the National Labor Relations Board,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
the U.S. Department of Transportation,
the Federal Aviation Administration,
the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,
the Environmental Protection Agency,
and of course the Department of Justice.

All of these agencies were actively investigating or were in a position to investigate Tesla or SpaceX. Getting rid of agency inspectors general and agency heads will help Musk evade rules and regulations that other companies must follow.
