Riff between Elon and Trump

[media=https://youtu.be/9wS2UrOyC3g?si=AS6bvUm2Ao0qC_j6]

It's been in the news for a few days now.

There is an old saying "all that glitters ain't gold"

Is there truly a riff or do they want you to think it is.
Tesla / Elon was losing money in his association with DOGE / Trump, what better way to slow down or stop his money losses / destruction of his property other than a separation from Trump in a somewhat hostile manner?

After all Trump's big beautiful bill benefits the rich.

Like any good lie, there is always a good part of truth in it.

It's the tariffs that Musk is really complaining about. The rest of the complaints on spending bill is only face saving. It makes Musk look like he wasted his time on the cuts.

@DeWayfarer Well, out of $2 trillion dollars, he claims to have cut, what, 3% of it?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@iamthe99 It's still face saving complaints.

Why not complain about the 7 trillion dollar debt increase? 🤷🏻‍♂

He is complaining about a 2.2 trillion budget.

@DeWayfarer can we say is an absolute Musk is paying tariffs? There are ways around it, and Trump may not enforce tariffs on certain countries, that Elon can deal with.

Musk was fully aware of Trump's plans when he took the position. Quite sure they work it out.

Besides the cuts Trump and Musk made in my opinion were done in order to help advance is new beautiful spending bill. Cuts had to be made somewhere, make the cuts first then introduce the bill.

@Charity Oh that's easy, the proof is in the Tesla stock curve.

Year to date starts in January. Look where the tariff kicked in. Feb 1 Trump's first 10% China tariff. The pause was on Mexico and Canada only. Feb 4th it went into effect.

Just keep on following the tariff time line. That graph reads like a book on the Chinese tariffs.

Tariff pause, stock goes up.
