I think we do DO know or at least should know why Trump posted this.

Its classic Trump to point the finger at someone else to distract from what he's doing or how things are going.

Is it juvenile and like a kid whining about what someone else did on the playground? Sure.

But it's kind of like the guy who passes gas, and then quickly blames it on someone else. It's effective.
