Religion is bad and if you're religious, you should feel bad, but this is very reductionist. Religion is often used in propaganda to justify a war, but war itself is caused by material conditions. Benjamin Netanyahu is using Judaism in his propaganda to get people to keep supporting his genocide, but the reason he's doing said genocide is because there are corruption charges against him and he wants to distract the public from that. It's similar to how Republicans will attack queer people, they'll use Christianity to justify those attacks, but the real reason they attack the queers is to distract people from their awful unpopular economic policies.

Ironically, I never claimed that it’s correct to frame this issue purely through a religious lens. That was the entire point of this post. It was directed at Zionist Christians and Jews who always bring up islam for the unrest in that specific land, despite them causing the greatest chaos there.
