Federal court ruled that Trump didn't have the power to impose tariffs unilaterally

The three judges who ruled were a ronald Reagan appointed judge, a Trump appointed judge and Biden appointed judge. After which Trump made a meme saying that he was on a mission from God and hinted that he didn't care what the federal court thinks.

He's going to appeal, and the appeals court, will probably give him a stay to continue with the tariffs, but they will also push it to SCOTUS ASAP. Which is what he wants.

@Northwest And lets all pretend like once this is over (whether it is in a month or three and a half years) any of this business is going to come back to America. Just as Covid changed the way the world does business forever (And we all know it did) So this will change how the world does business. And Americans are going to lose out big time. The prices wont came back down, because the oversupply wont be happening.. And a lot of suppliers wont be taking $US.😷

@whowasthatmaskedman If the court decision holds, it's a blessing in disguise. If Trump gets his way, we're headed for a recision, along with the rest of the world. Let's not pretend that this is going to be limited to the US.

This was expected. The appeals court had no choice but to stay the ruling, temporarily. On to SCOTUS.

@SatanBurger Of course, its just a coincidence that these diseases that were defeated by vaccinations are now causing hospitalizations and expwnsive treatments in a country where they shouldnt exist at all. but where is the profit margin in an established vaccine that has an expired patent?
