Federal court ruled that Trump didn't have the power to impose tariffs unilaterally

The three judges who ruled were a ronald Reagan appointed judge, a Trump appointed judge and Biden appointed judge. After which Trump made a meme saying that he was on a mission from God and hinted that he didn't care what the federal court thinks.

@newjaninev2 I honestly don't really know what we have anymore or not. And right now I'm thinking our govt was really just a figment of my imagination after all. I'm not even sure if it was real.
