Congress has the authority to impose tariffs. If they think tariffs are needed then they need to act, or not if they feel tariffs are unnecessary.

A couple of things: (especially for the lowbrows here who think DEMOCRACY is the magic potion that has all the answers to life.)

1. Bernie USSRSanders claimed he was opposed to the oligarchy. What is more of an OLIGARCHY THAN AN UNELECTED FEDERAL COURT? Certainly no DEMOCRACY was involved.

2. Probably the reason Congress does not try to overrule PRESIDENT TRUMP is because was proven RIGHT ALL ALONG. Congress was ELECTED. (DEMOCRACY.)

3. Looks like the only ones opposed to DEMOCRACY are you far left goose steppers, who look to the unelected courts when you can't get your way DEMOCRATICALLY.
