@JonUK41 I suspect both, but as has been mentioned it’s a problem that has to be stopped.

Governments have been closing legal loopholes for decades to prevent us from doing the same thing, so it can be done.

@iamthe99 Sure. But we have to accept that closing tax loopholes is like wackamole - close one another one pops up. We also consider the people who find loopholes are smarter/better paid than the people who draft the legislation.

You've told us before that you're a high earner. What's needed is people like yourself to voluntarily pay more tax.
