How Do You Save $3.3M And Avoid 18 Months In Prison

Paul Walczak was convicted of pocketing employees taxes and ordered to pay $4.4 Million in restitution and server 18 months in prison.

He filed an application for a Presidential pardon (had no idea we have something like this). But it was wan''t going anywhere.

The application highlighted his mother, Elizabeth Fago, efforts' raising funds for Trump, and her effort to sabotage the Biden 2020 campaign, by publicizing the addiction diary of his daughter Ashley Biden — an episode that drew law enforcement scrutiny.

But the application wasn't progressing.

Then, last month Ms. Fago paid $1M for a fund-raising dinner that included face-to-face access to Trump at his private Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Fla.

Trump issued an unconditional pardon, meaning Walczak does not have to pay $4.4M in restitution and no prison. A get0out-of-jail card.

And it only cost $1M, netting Walczak and his mother $3.3M in savings.

The White House says Walczak was targeted due to the family's conservative politics. That he embezzled employee taxes and put them in his yacht and extravagant lifestyle 🤣

Hunter anyone?

White collar crime is now legal if it profits Trump. Heck anything is legal if it profits Trump, if you figure in the Jan 6th pardons.
@DeWayfarer What's nauseating about this is that the response by amoral Trumpists is whatabout the Biden Crime Family and Clinton's Body Bags and Foundation.

There's 30 million plus Americans who endorse and encourage criminality as long as somebody else got away with it.

These are the folks who are running credit cards, making change, putting on roofs and managing financial accounts.

@MistyCee You'll have no arguments on that by me. 😞
