Where's Jill Stein of the Green party between elections? Why don't the Greens even try to build support using issues,?

@Roundandroundwego Jill Stein legit works with Putin to help the Republicans. It's not that the Green Party is ineffective, like the Democrats. The Greens are effective in that they aren't trying to start a mass movement, they're only trying to help elect Republicans.
