@Carla It’s splitting hairs at this point, but demented Donnie is more Psychopath than sociopath.
But it’s an important distinction.
The SCOTUS needs to rule that he undergoes a mandatory mental health evaluation by a qualified panel of bipartisan mental health professionals including clinical psychologists, forensic
Psychiatrists, and appropriate lawyers to evaluate whether he is even capable of understanding the charges against him and able to stand trial.
Both Cornell and Columbia and possibly others are ready to handle such an evaluation. Of note, the institutions of higher learning (i.e. medical schools with the appropriate expertise) must be highly qualified and without bias. There are others that I am sure are up to the challenge!
