What public health experts say about Trump is true or false?

Public health experts have warned that the Trump administration's dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) could have dire impacts on the spread of disease around the world.

The organization (USAID) had an estimated $35.4 billion in obligations, with most of the funding ($12.3 billion) dedicated to Sub-Saharan Africa.

Since when has the US Government been tasked by the American people to implement a liberal progressive agenda to wipe out diseases in Africa?

Surely the adjectives "liberal" and "progressive", are compliments?

There are three very good reasons for rich countries to help poor ones. Such aid is very costly, and the UK as well as USA has had to cut back on overseas aid, but cutting back is not the same as ending it entirely.

The fist is common humamity. Why should I leave you to die from a curable illness because I am rich enough to afford an injection and therefore am worth more than you as a person.?

The second is a matter of politics and diplomacy. Abandoning these countries is likely to drive them further into the arms of countries like Russia, Iran and China, none of whom is likely to care about their residents. It is also likely to foment and worsen unrest on the continent.

The third is one of health. Infectuious diseases don't have passports not recognise borders, and a land riddled by disease is a health risk to others.

@ArishMell The US hasn't stopped, nor will it. It merely is changing the way it will be done. Nothing more.
