@Miram You're not alone, many of us are getting outright attacked if we so mention the many cases of injustice happening. It's like they just shut you down no matter what you say, you can't talk to them. Even in the news, they were saying that most of the immigrants deported have no court records. There's even a site that documents every single case so far, you can read up on all of them.

And even if some did have records of arrests, it was mostly small stuff. So they're really widening the circle of who they target. I've argued until I was blue in the face and one thing is that you can't teach people awareness and that there's a lot of blame on others. One common thing I hear among anti immigrant people is that they blame immigrants for not getting benefits or hired at some job or another.

So basically immigrants are being scapegoated right now for whatever went wrong in people's lives. That's fairly common and I hear that a lot from them.


That's where I'm at now too.

There's many ways of tackling immigration but they chose the most violent route which is never okay. I kind of put it like this, I believe in due process and human rights, if my govt doesn't believe in that than they don't represent me. I'm not out trying to hurt others purposely but it does give me reason to be morally flexible if I ever had reason to. I believe in rights of others but that's kind of where I stop.

Trump's laws are different from my own, I can't say I believe in that.

@whowasthatmaskedman I think you're partly right but also the ICE agents faces are usually covered. So far they been going into houses plain clothes and not identifying themselves so nobody knows they're there in the first place. There's been videos of ICE agents in plain clothes while they go door to door in neighborhoods. They look like salesmen until they make an arrest and you see the guys in armor.

But you are also right, for the fact there's little community action says a lot. The propaganda runs deep with people.

@whowasthatmaskedman And you are right but there's groups like anon who still care and recently hacked into the deportation airline website. Then there's a community who rallied around the mother like in the video but ICE agents were stronger sadly. But it's still few and far between. There needs to be more.

@SatanBurger And the idea that they "are only following orders" shouldnt make them immune from legal consequences for their excesses. but it will.😷
