Trump's war on "crime" is making poor people get violence done to them ten fold.
Talking about skid row, there used to be some park called MacArthur Park with street vendors, stores and other things. Trump's "tough on crime" closed all of that. They built fences and even have automatic voice if you go to the wrong side of the sidewalk saying that the police will be there shortly. They're even having police on horses now.
Well that moves everyone from the park to skid row and now they have MacArthur people robbing skid row people and it's very violent. So crime has actually gone up due to tough on crime policies. Their robbing people who have no money to give, nothing. Trump is just moving people to the next area, moving them all in one area and then just letting them kill each other.
Not what the video is about, the video is about a follow up to the original interview with a Mexican cartel hit man's wife and I found that bit interesting. The whole channel is interesting and her story is quite sad, I wish her well. But I found it interesting that she mentioned from a local's perspective on the violence caused by Trump.
