Military action against Canada is ‘highly unlikely’

Before his White House meeting on Tuesday with newly elected Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Trump is not backing away from the rhetoric that has angered Canadians.

Trump, however, told NBC that it was “highly unlikely” that the U.S. would need to use military force to make Canada the 51st state.

Obviously there's a shitload more stuff in the 60 minutes interview, but I thought this even tops his desire to get rif of "due process", legally of course, because he has brilliant lawyers, who will figure out how to do it, even though he will listen to what SCOTUS says,

Unless this Trump administration becomes far more active, in the international community, there is no USA legal position that could possibly force the issue.

As it is, this Trump administration is pushing being far less internationally active.

He even has alienated most countries. They would rather help Canada, then help the USA.
