Trump's own appointed judges are even saying his actions at illegal

Thank God for the Judges that are standing up for the law, as this administration is purposely breaking the law and it's quite obvious to anyone that isn't extremely biased.

A federal judge on Thursday permanently barred the Trump administration from invoking the Alien Enemies Act, an 18th-century wartime law, to deport Venezuelans it has deemed to be criminals from the Southern District of Texas, saying that the White House’s use of the statute was illegal.

The decision by the judge, Fernando Rodriguez Jr., was the most expansive ruling yet by any of the numerous jurists who are currently hearing challenges to the White House’s efforts to employ the powerful but rarely invoked law as part of its wide-ranging deportation plans.

The 36-page ruling by Judge Rodriguez, a President Trump appointee, amounted to a philosophical rejection of the White House’s attempts to transpose the Alien Enemies Act, which was passed in 1798 as the nascent United States was threatened by war with France, into the context of modern-day immigration policy.

The Supreme Court has already said that any Venezuelans the White House wants to expel under Mr. Trump’s proclamation invoking the act must be given a chance to challenge their removal. But Judge Rodriguez’s ruling went further, saying that the White House had improperly stretched the meaning of the law, which is supposed to be used only against members of a hostile foreign nation in times of declared war or during a military invasion.

@kodiac I do support the law, and I support following the law even it other don't.

So they need to follow the law, even when dealing with those that break the law.
@kodiac
Anything that happens after that is moot .
Lies, that's not the law and you should know it

@sstronaut Yes it is and you won't admit it. Entertaining illegally is a crime game over.
@kodiac Yes, I won't admit a lie, and that's exactly what that is, a lie. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

The people must follow the law, but so does the government, they also have to follow the law and give people that break the law their due process.

That's the law, and if you don't agree then that's because either you don't believe in the law, or you are too ignorant to understand the law.

And if these people are all law breakers, then why aren't they being charged with those crimes? Some aren't even being charged will being here illegally, they're just removed... without actually validating the claims against them.

But hey, if you want to keep your head in the sand and ignore the truth, that's on you.

@sstronaut a lesson on the law just for you[media=https://youtu.be/ty20qYHb53E]
@kodiac That's a politician, and the ones not following the law ... look at the judges, they're the ones that actually rule in the law.
@kodiac They can deport people, but they must do it legally ... and they're not follow the law.

And it's not all about deporting, they're also firing federal employees (which they have the right to do), but they have to do it legally, so far they keep screwing up, and the judge over turns it, because that isn't been done legally either.

Then there is signal gate, which everyone wants to talk about who got invited in ... and weather it's classified material or not, but that totally misses the point, it's illegal for them to be on signal sharing government information on an unapproved device or application period, which is illegal

Then there is they're deleting a bunch of the information and not keeping audit trails, which is also illegal.

And of course the Supreme Court even told Trump to bring that one person back, and had refused...

You're failing to see that this administration is doing a hell lot of illegal things ... and not just with immigration...

This administration has done a lot of illegal things, it's not just about those that have come into the country illegally, but this Administration has no respect for the law.
kodiac · 22-25, M
@sstronaut Where was the law when 13 million people invaded our country
You just keep deflecting every time i prove you wrong
@kodiac Except the fact that you haven't said the truth yet and have failed to say prove anything, other than you are not in touch with reality.

But it's good to see that you finally admit that you don't actually care about the law, and you're just out for revenge, which is not the same as following the law.

So you are guilty of being okay with breaking the law if you believe it's for your own good, just like they do...

And you're both wrong... two wrongs don't make a right.
