@Cabernetfranc If you were elected, you couldn't do that in a day or a week. Cost are coming down and will continue to come down. As for the Ukraine, he tried. He's still trying. Maybe you could talk to the two presidents he has to deal with and help.

@nudistsueaz OK, you are not alone in liking what President Trump is doing, but you can not say he is keeping promises that got him elected. Food prices are clearly continuing to increase, and he DID say he could halt the war in Ukraine in one day even when no one could do that. You can like Trump, but you lose credibility when you make claims that can easily be shown to be untrue.

@Cabernetfranc Oh yes I can. I'm not foolish enough to think he has a magic wand and can change everything in a day, month or even a year. I do see progress and I can see more coming. Anything he does is so much better than what we had before. Rome wasn't built in a day.

@nudistsueaz The products with higher Tariffs have not hit the docks yet. As a matter of fact, the shipments have slowed down considerably. So, the rates to ship containers are going up as well.
I have 3 containers scheduled to depart in May. The current Tariff rate will add 145% to the cost of these items. So, who do you think will be paying the extra $200,000 per container. Not China !!

@nudistsueaz Yes, eggs have come fown from $5.00 to $4.75. But I paid $2.00 a year ago. I'm not blaming Trump 100% for eggs though. There are many other factors such as the bird flu.
