@Lilymoon Things were worse under Harper and Pollievre is just a combination of Harper and the worst ideas of the GOP.
I mean were are in this situation with Trump crashing the economy, and threatening the country and he is babbling about violating the charter to force mandatory minimums and 3 strike laws that have failed in the US for 40 years and just turned the US into a penal colony.
He has no answers to anything that actually matters. with the current situation.
And as much as Pollievre wants to pretend otherwise Carny is no more Trudeau than he is Jean Chretien.
Pollievre is whining about Trudeau like Trump did about Hillary Clinton for a decade.
Pollievre also is talking about going anti vax like the 2021 far right weirdoes.
He has no integrity and supported people who threatened to gang rape his wife (the "Trucker" protest leader Pat King). He is totally cool with throwing his wife under the bus for votes from the craziest nuts in Canada.
Vote for him if you want the same chaos as the USA.
Hell Carny and Singh are the only ones even dealing with the real world.
And all his talking points are BS.
Axe the tax. Most carbon taxes are provincial which he has no power over.
Build homes.....he is still the only leader who has no plan on how to do that beyond tax breaks for construction developers.
Fix the crime? Again that is almost entirely provincial and municipal and he has no control over that and all he has offered on this topic is failed American policies.
He has said he will ban his cabinet from attending the World Economic Forum which is catering to far right conspiracy theorist.

The violent crime severity index “remained virtually unchanged” last year, the statistics agency said, because there was a decline in more serious crimes such as homicide. However, there was nearly a seven per cent increase in violent crimes such as assault, robbery and extortion, Statistics Canada said.
But the National Police Federation (NPF), the union representing roughly 20,000 RCMP members, says the data may not fully reflect the true picture of crime rates across the country — something Statistics Canada itself also notes.
“One firearm robbery in a small town in, say, Saskatchewan skews the data with respect to violent crime in Saskatchewan as a whole,” NPF president and CEO Brian Sauvé told Global News in an interview.
“Saskatchewan has a lot of small towns. But does that make Saskatchewan a particularly violent province?”
