Making America Great Again

Even in my province of Manitoba the idea of new ports in Churchill and on the Hudson's Bay were just ideas tossed around for years and thanks to Trump are now being done by the provincial government to establish more direct trade with Europe.

What makes this kind of interesting is it is making trade routes from the 17th century viable again for Canada. This is basically the same trade routes as the old fur trade that built our nation.

The reason we have a beaver on our nickel is because our very first currency was pegged to the value of beaver pelts.

This slow motion train wreck is much faster than I thought it would be..On the other hand, the new business opening up in other countries like Canada and Mexico will be good for them😷
