Is Trump purposefully toying with tariffs to control things like the stock market so he can benefit from the fluctuations?

@wetncthru Nothing cynical about the Truth. However, his actions are criminal and hurt his base voters in the poor Red states the most.

It might be cynical to assume those very same voters enjoy the pain he’s inflicting on them!
