Is Trump purposefully toying with tariffs to control things like the stock market so he can benefit from the fluctuations?

Libs don't want a strong America, so they oppose the tariffs they have kept alive for years.

Returning the market to the dollar is all about strengthening the US economy. Trump wants negotiations and has the leverage. Except for China, they can pound sand.
