Boy, if only there had been an example of this very same thing happening in Trumps first term.

They got bailed out then and nothing of value was learned.

Farmers all over North America (including Canada) always vote 'conservative' no matter how bad or how good things are. Because farmers in general are very non-progressive in their approach to business, they have no one else but themselves to blame for the pile of soybeans they're sitting on. This is because every American farmer who took the time to vote, voted for Trump.

The same crap happens in Canada where a Conservative government will bankrupt some farmers but those same farmers will keep voting Conservative on principle alone. Conservative to a farmer means 'to conserve, to withhold, to not spend', which is why farmers are typically cheap basturds who bi*tch a lot about government spending.
