Luigi Mangione Death Penalty | Criminal Lawyer Reacts

Bruce Rivers said that it's hilarious how pro Trump prosecutors can't bring up anything without bringing up their Trump agenda. Apparently, they seek the death penalty for Luigi so that they continue fighting "Trump's agenda" in fighting crime. The defense says that it's literally federally sanctioned murder. My own thoughts? Like Bruce said, the death penalty has only ever affected the poor and many innocent people were killed, having the death penalty doesn't lower crime rates at all 🤡

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I'm really hoping for nullification in my opinion but the Trump regime wants to murder everyone so I wouldn't be surprise if they seek the death penalty like the prosecution said "to further Trump's agenda."

@SatanBurger Well either way jury nullification would get him off. It is not like they can force him to forgo a jury trial.
