A hypothetical about catching some Nazi in the act of vandalizing a Tesla

Suppose a group of pissed off MAGA gents decided to set a trap for the left wing NAZIS who engage in domestic terrorism.

Suppose just as the Nazi was about to spray paint and key the car, this group grabs his/her felonious ass, throws him/her into a van, takes him/her to a private spot and does a number on him/her.

I don't mean beating the shit out of him/her. How about some El Salvadorian justice: Shave the perp's head. And then draw swastikas all over the perp's face and bald head in permanent marker.

That wouldn't be nearly as expensive as vandalizing a Tesla.

Of course, the MAGA men would wear masks so the Nazi couldn't identify them in a court of law.

How would that stack up against committing domestic terrorism and vandalizing a Tesla?
