Government = Waste of tax payer money, no matter who is in power as they all waste tax payer money to provide minimal services even when they get more funding than they ever want.
Courts are usually back dated though for all cases and it would be interesting if those that Trump was ordered to rehire later on, if he wins the lawsuit on appeal and then they back date their termination date to the original date if the court would order them to repay their pay checks as they legally were terminated back then or they get to keep their pay but their termination date is back dated.
I have watched many court cases and they always back date any kind of financials and don't care at that point if the side ordered to pay it back to the other actually does or not...case closed.
