Actually, nothing is being said. Burning an American flag is not only totally legal, burning that flag only has meaning within the mind of the torch bearer.

There are as my Americans burning flags in the streets of the USA as there are foreign dissidents doing the same thing in the Middle East. Like I said, it is legal to burn an American flag in the streets of the USA and the picture you seem to covet so dearly only has meaning in the mind of it's perceiver. Of itself, it has no inherent meaning.
