Trump administration has been holding people with no due process and one was a family man that Trump administration admitted they screwed up and not only that, disobeyed judges orders to get said man back. First off, there's an mma fighter who was visiting the US for a seminar that got locked up in prison and he's not undocumented. There's several cases of this happening with people on work visas, had court dates to gain citizenship later, a father who was not here illegally and a little girl with brain cancer.

Second of all, the Constitution guarantees due process rights to all persons, not just citizens.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments both say no person shall be "deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

It says person, not citizen.

That includes undocumented immigrants, tourists, even people accused of crimes.

Denying basic legal protections based on status historically is a feature of authoritarianism and again, unconstitutional.
