But at least he transformed our heath care system into the efficient, inexpensive and highly effective wonder of the world that it is today, right? Where big insurance companies don't call the shots and patient care always comes first, right? Where big pharmaceutical companies have been reigned in, and have no influence on doctor decisions, right? And everyone can choose any doctor at any time without a referral, right? Right?
