No. It's in software data loss prevention settings. A cut paste buffer has digital crumbs in it that when you go to make cut paste operations the software assumes an incomplete selection and finds a match and completed the pack operation.

The security proof reader wasn't recognizing the name or he would have knocked it off before okaying the send.
