Why did Congress in 1979 feel that the government needed to oversee the states and how they were handling education? Trump says it's supported yet they reported survey says 67% are against it. Oh well let's see what Congress will say!

In the latest round of states vs the Fed : to recap we have legal weed and sanctuary cities on one side and concealed carry and no abortion on the other side .The states can smell that fed money and they want in .
