Why is the EU so concerned about hypothetical Russian invasions...?

...and does not care about a EU country like Cyprus having half of its territory occupied by Turkey for five decades?

The EU is always afraid of aggressors.
The Turks intimidated them , especially now being lead by Erdoğan. So the EU stay quiet
