Why is the EU so concerned about hypothetical Russian invasions...?

...and does not care about a EU country like Cyprus having half of its territory occupied by Turkey for five decades?

Because without that concern their new war economy won't be possible. The EU declares that it will shift to war industries and make Russia the reason, so it can grow the German economy. Yup! Pure evil and cheeky! Everyone here is pretty ok with it.
