How come an unelected oligarch is put in charge of a fake agency that is given hiring and firing control over and funding control over a legitimate safety agency that is investigating his car company because a Tesla cannot tell the difference between a road and a painted brick wall and cannot see through fog, or dust, or rain and yet they claim is safe as a "self driving car".
