Why is the US always attacking the small guys?

The U.S. launched strikes Saturday in Yemen as President Trump said the U.S. would use "overwhelming lethal force" until Houthis cease shipping attacks.

We are always using overwhelming lethal force against foreign enemies. Pounding ants crawling on the floor with a sledge hammer is the story of our life as a world policeman and superpower.

The ants strikes back. Houthis responded to Trump's airstrikes with ballistic missile attacks. They launched an attack comprising 18 ballistic and cruise missiles, along with drones, targeting the USS Harry S Truman aircraft carrier and its accompanying warships in the northern Red Sea on Sunday.

Will Trump invade Yemen the way Bush invaded Iraq?

What is FAFO?
"FAFO" is a slang acronym that stands for "F*** around and find out," used as a warning that actions will lead to consequences.

We have been F***ing around since WW2 and lost millions of American lives and trillions of US dollars in the process. Have we found out anything yet?

Nope.

Why is that? Are we not the greatest nation the world has ever known?

Other than using lead plumbing, I think the ancient Romans were more intelligent.

Didn't know that one. Thanks. I'll start using it as well.

Unlike the Romans of a single strain, we are a mix of cultures, extracting from each its best. The vibrancy of the American economy compared to Italy's is proof of what I say.
