First, I want to say that I don't condone vandalism or violence.
The contrast between Tяump's treatment of the vandals who invaded and defaced the Capitol vs the vandals who deface Tesla dealerships is incredible.
In the Capitol, violent insurrectionists who injured police officers got pardons. Meanwhile, someone who sprays graffiti on a Tesla dealership is accused of domestic terrorism.

@Elisbch I recall a lot of property damage and violence against police in all the BLM and Antifa riots with Kamala, Maxine Waters, the Squad encouraging more over the course of several months. Save me the JAN 6th argument. Not right .. but no worse either.

@BrandNewMan And over 14,000 people were arrested during those George Floyd and BLM protests. The point is that all of the thousands of Capitol vandals and only the Capitol vandals got blanket pardons.

In October 2020, researchers writing for The Washington Post analyzed 7,305 protest events and found police made arrests at 5% of them. Only 3.7% of the events involved property damage or vandalism, according to the analysis.
