7 new billionaires in a day! How could I make this happen for myself?

Photo above - battle of the Fembots. Claude 3.7, Open AI GPT5, and Ava from the 2014 low budget film "Ex Machina". If these AI companies are reduced to stealing the images of previous bots, how unique could their actual products be?

Have you ever heard of “Claude 3.7 Sonnet”? Me either. How about “Anthropic”? No, not the clothing store at the mall. This is a different Anthropic. It built Claude 3.7 Sonnet. See link below.

Anthropic also made 7 new billionaires in single day. It’s an AI company, and they are the founders. No, you never heard of any of THEM either. They like to keep a low profile. They’re not even named on the official Anthropic.com website. You have to read the Bloomberg article to find out their names.

Here’s the good news. None of them are named Buffet or Musk. But the major stakeholder in Anthropic is Amazon, headed by Jeff “worlds biggest yacht” Bezos. He’s already a Billionaire, so they didn't give him a shout out Google is also a major stakeholder. Both these companies appear to be hedging their bets on their own, home-grown AI models.

The first public shares of Anthropic haven’t been sold yet. In fact, the actual date of the IPO hasn’t even been set. Is there ANY good news here? Well, their claimed 2024 revenue was “$1 billion”, but as a private company, they won’t have to disclose expenses until the IPO. That may be why the IPO is delayed.

Given the deafening hype around all this (undated) IPO, and (unnamed) flock of billionaires, you’d think Claude 3.7 Sonnet would be tearing up the marketplace. But it might have a tough road ahead to take on ChatGPT, Alexa, Bing, Bixby, Nvidia, and DeepSeek. There are probably a bunch of others shouting for our attention too.

This is starting to look like the EV car startup market a decade ago. Or all the competitors that have tried to carve off slices of Google and Amazon’s businesses. Not all the AI companies will survive.

I’m not wishing any misfortune on Claude 3.7 Sonnet. Or it's successor 3.8, 4.0, or 5.0. I’m just hoping that any financial bloodbath is limited to the billionaires who jumped into this right away with both feet. That it won't involve increasing the national debt, or Tesla style tax rebates, or building complete battery factories for private companies, which the last presidential administration tried to pull off.

I hope everyone makes a lot of money, and all these companies survive, and none of them start stealing our encrypted passwords when nobody is looking. And I hope all the new billionaires can buy yachts, as long as they’re made in the USA, and not in the Netherlands, or Italy, or Germany. Those countries already got trillions in US assistance to rebuild after World War 2. Let’s build something at home, for a change.

I’m just sayin’ . . .

I've become less trusting and more cautious since my phone decided to remove a certain word from a private text I sent, and not even subtly. I haven't typed anything in awhile that I don't expect some third party to hear.
@SinlessOnslaught if you find any apps from Google (on Android) or Apple (on iOS) that use AI in a way you don't quite understand, remove it; if it's impossible to, then go for de-Googled Android or Linux instead (idk how jailbreaking works on iOS, but you can try that too)
@uikakarotuevegeta I'll be sure to do that. The person this text was sent to is someone very important to me.
@SinlessOnslaught for me, I'm on Samsung which uses Android, but also has its own bloatware; I got rid of Bixby and never installed Galaxy AI. I have no intention of installing Google Gemini and I also got rid of Google Assistant (to speed up my phone, not due to AI)
I've heard of Anthropic before, but didn't know they were that successful
