Trump's deal to end the Ukraine war without Zelensky.

Zelensky, supported by the UK and EU, is defiant. Trump should accept minerals deal offer from Putin instead.

Putin's deal will be a cooperation between the US and Russia to mine rare earth minerals in the Donbas region. This provide a security umbrella against any attack from Ukraine. Any UK/EU military support for Ukrainian hostility will be treated as an attack on the US and Russia. This will put an end to the Ukraine war. There is no way for any military confrontation against two nuclear superpowers. Checkmate.

This works the other way around too: any attack on EU territory is an attack on all. There is no way for any military confrontation against two nuclear superpowers, so Russia and Soviet America wpuld better demobilize before Ukraine is granted EU accession

@Elessar you live in fantasy land🙄
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Kenworth4954 You do, if you seriously believe that a country with a GDP smaller than Italy can sustain a war against the entire EU, Canada, Turkey (potentially also Korea and Japan? Considering that they're now in the cold too, they may as well team up with the rest of us)

Trump's objective is to stop the war. Putin has offered Trump a minerals deal for a joint US/Russia cooperation in the Donbas to provide a Russian guarantee of Peace in Ukraine. This proves that Russia has no territorial ambition in Europe.

Ukraine can join the EU. Why the EU - a non-military pact - has not accepted Ukraine long ago says a lot. Your statement above puzzles me. What are you implying?
Elessar · 26-30, M
@sree251 lol no, Ukraine has been only the next step after Crimea, Georgia (1 and 2), South Ossetia, Dagestan, Abkhazia, Chechnya, etc. Putin's war machine won't stop there, only a m*ron believes that, all Trump is doing is giving them an easy win and time to breathe until they reorganize for the next target.

The E.U. is actually more binding than NATO. Everyone ignores this:

Article 42(7) TEU: If a Member State is the victim of armed aggression on its territory, the other Member States shall have towards it an obligation of aid and assistance by all the means in their power, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. This shall not prejudice the specific character of the security and defence policy of certain Member States.

Commitments and cooperation in this area shall be consistent with commitments under the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, which, for those States which are members of it, remains the foundation of their collective defence
and the forum for its implementation.

@Elessar The EU up against the United States and Russia would be destroyed. Russia and the United States would own all of Europe after that.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@MrSmooTh Not against an isolated USA and a war-wrecked Russia.

Also the EU has enough nukes to send back to the stone age both, if attacked

You don't get it, do you? Russia and America are confronting nobody. They are mining minerals in the Donbas. China may be invited to join them also. Three nuclear superpowers working together. EU can do what it wants. Just stay away.

Isolated USA? War-wrecked Russia?

Also the EU has enough nukes to send back to the stone age both, if attacked

But the EU is lead by a woman. Russia and the US are led by two strong men.

Isolated USA
Where do you think tariffs and breaking treaties lead to?

War-wrecked Russia?
Yeah literally fighting with T34s and donkeys, and hiring North Koreans because they ran out of the cannon fodder, not even joking lmao

Poland alone on its own could successfully march into Moscow if they didn't have nukes, let alone the entire EU. And as I said we have nukes too.

But the EU is lead by a woman. Russia and the US are led by two strong men.
No it's not, tell me you don't understand how the EU works without telling me you don't understand how the EU works.

Besides, welcome to 2024, US is led by an octageranian idiot who's convinced there were planes in 1775 and Russia by a megalomaniac that grossly overestimated his actual power, VdL wouldn't have been by choice for her chair, but she is more capable than both combined. Heck even my grandma would probably do better than Trump and Putin lol

I really don't know how the EU works. Open borders sounds great but they hate each other.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@sree251 EU borders aren't anywhere "open". Had it been the case there would be no one in Russia left for Putin to use them as cannon fodder
